Site staff maintain user profiles that hold their education history, clinical experience, and record of administering scales. During onboarding, Willis automatically queries rater profiles against sponsor-defined minimum experience criteria to ensure they meet study requirements.

Training using world-class courses
Raters are automatically assigned training for their designated scales. All our training content is developed by clinical subject matter experts through peer review. The content is then packaged into beautiful, engaging courses available directly in the platform.

Evaluation using virtual patients
Raters are assessed not just on their ability to accurately score pre-recorded interviews, but on their ability to administer them. Every rater must pass an interview evaluation, where they administer the assigned scale on a clinically validated, AI-powered virtual patient.
